In Part 2 of Surviving to Thriving, we dive into hands-on practice to solidify the skills learned in the first session. Participants will engage in role-playing exercises designed to simulate real-life scenarios, allowing them to apply strategies for improving emotional wellness and self-awareness. Presenters will provide personalized feedback and guidance, helping participants refine their techniques and build confidence in managing difficult situations.
